Great spot on Canal in the thick of Chinatown. Blue Dove's got a modern-but-not-sterile aesthetic, good tunes and a might fine cold brew. I envision a future involving more time here.

Dark Matter is a very cool name, and they serve very good cold brew. Arguably the funkiest we've had in Chicago, and I regret that I could not try all of the various flavored options on tap. Will undoubtedly return.

We love Asian-inspired cold brews, and the Kyoto Cold Brew at Deploy checks off every box. Will be returning to try the regular working-man cold brew, which we can safely assume will also be quite good.
